Jendi and I had a good time making the cover.
The top image is a Jim Shaw cartoon based on the bottom image (Blake).
Sounds simple...but it wasn't. Jendi got a license from Shaw, but the license prohibited any manipulation of the image -- no cropping, for example. So that meant we had to keep it at its original aspect ratio. The Blake image is in the public domain, so I was able to crop it to match the Shaw cartoon.
The color band (which carries over to the back) allowed us to get them both on the same page.
