Supposed to Love is Jennifer Campbell’s second book of poetry. It addresses the many supposed selves of women: mothers, sisters, daughters, wives, lovers. Her first book, Driving Straight Through, was published by FootHills.

 

Jennifer’s poetry appears in recent issues of Comstock Review, The Prompt, Oyez Review, Common Ground Review, Sow’s Ear, Saranac Review, Fugue, The Healing Muse, Medical Journal of Australia, Medical Literary Messenger, and Seems.

 

She has three Pushcart nominations and received an Honorable Mention in the 2010 New Millennium Writings Poetry Competition. She was recently interviewed by Deborah Osborne on Blog Talk Radio in a series devoted to poets from the Buffalo, NY region.

 

Campbell is co-editor of Earth’s Daughters and for many year curated the Center for Inquiry Literary Café reading series.
